Board of Directors
Robert J. Bitterman - President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director - Robert J. Bitterman joined Cutanea in September 2005 as its President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director.  From September 2004 until April 2005, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Isolagen, Inc. ("Isolagen"), a publicly traded international bioscience company possessing a proprietary technology for application of human autologous fibroblasts.  From 1994 until 2004, Mr. Bitterman served as President and General Manager of Aventis Global Dermatology (f/k/a Dermik Laboratories), the global dermatological strategic business unit of Aventis S.A., where he worked on numerous commercial product launches in the U.S. and other strategic international markets.  Prior to assuming senior operational leadership positions, Mr. Bitterman held various positions of increasing responsibility in financial and commercial capacities within Aventis S.A.  Also during his tenure with Aventis, Mr. Bitterman was responsible for constructing and managing an operating joint venture in the People's Republic of China.  Mr. Bitterman holds an A.B. degree in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.  He is a member of the Woman's Dermatology Society, the Derm Foundation, and the Philadelphia Business Leaders Network.  He also holds a Doctor of Human Letters (Honoris Causa) from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. 

John Graham - Director - John Graham has been a director of Cutanea since February 2006.  Mr. Graham is President of Paramount Corporate Development, LLC, an affiliate of Paramount and PBS, a position he has held since September 2005.  Prior to joining Paramount Corporate Development, LLC, Mr. Graham served as Principal in Ernst & Young's Life Science Advisory Services from 2003 until 2005.  Prior thereto, Mr. Graham was the Vice President & Managing Director of Genzyme GmbH from 2002 until 2003 and Vice President - Global Marketing (New Products & Business Transformation; Member - Aventis Operating Committee) from 2000 to 2002.  Mr. Graham completed his B.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of London's Imperial College of Science & Technology, and is an associate of the Royal College of Science.

Stephen C. Rocamboli - Director - Stephen C. Rocamboli has served as a director of Cutanea since its inception.   Mr. Rocamboli has been a Senior Managing Director and the General Counsel of Paramount BioSciences, LLC since September 2004.  From September 1999 until August 2004, Mr. Rocamboli was the Deputy General Counsel of Paramount BioSciences, LLC.  Mr. Rocamboli serves as chairman of the board of directors of VioQuest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:VQPH).  Mr. Rocamboli also serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held development stage biotechnology companies.  Mr. Rocamboli received his B.A. degree from The State University of New York at Albany, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Jason Stein, M.D. - Director – Dr. Stein has been a director of Cutanea since May 2005.   Dr. Stein is currently founder and co-chairman of Actin Capital LLC and Actin Biomed, a New York based healthcare investment firm.  Previously, Dr. Stein served as the Senior Analyst at Paramount BioCapital Asset Management, Inc., where he was responsible for medical, scientific, and financial research of pharmaceutical products and technologies, since January, 2000.   Dr. Stein currently serves on the board of directors of Chelsea Therapeutics International, Ltd. (OTCBB:CHTP).   Dr. Stein is also an officer or director of several other privately held development-stage biotechnology companies.   Dr. Stein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Saba University.
